Offshore Technology Conference - Canada Pavilion

The Association of British Columbia Marine Industries (ABCMI) will once again co-exhibit within the Canada Pavilion at OTC 2023 (1-4 May 2023). The Canada Pavilion is located within prime exhibit space. 

Each space for ABCMI Members will cost $6,000 USD and will include:

• Carpet
• Furniture
• Electrical for lights
• Exhibit walls
• Counters for exhibitors
• Furniture
• BC branding graphics
• Canada banner hanging above booth
• All materials handling costs at show site
• Transport exhibit to show site
• Install and dismantle of exhibit
• Onsite support from Displayco the pavilion managers throughout

IMPORTANT NOTE: All participants will be responsible for drayage costs for their own materials brought into the show. Please be aware this is new for OTC 2023, previously OTC Show management provided this as part of the space fees with no additional costs, this is no longer the case. 

Exhibitors will be responsible for their own transportation, travel, and accommodation costs.
