Fisheries and Oceans Canada and the Canadian Coast Guard seeks to establish one contract under the Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement, under the following Stream:

8: Recipient/Contribution Agreement Audits.

Canada is seeking to establish a contract for recipient audits of Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliaries in British Columbia and Nova Scotia.

Estimated quantity of commodity: one partner, one project manager, up to two senior auditors, up to two auditors, one junior auditor

Duration of contract: contract award to 2023-04-10

Time frame of delivery: contract award to 2023-03-31

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under the Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement under Stream 8: Recipient/Contribution Agreement Audits.

  • for suppliers who are SA-holders: email the DFO Procurement Officer on the file and request to be invited. If you are not qualified under the stream(s) and category(ies) required in spite of being an SA-holder, you must contact PSPC's SA Authority for the PASS SA to update your supplier profile. Proof of being added must be provided to the DFO Procurement Officer on the file before the invitation request will be considered.
  • for suppliers who are not SA-holders: contact PSPC's SA Authority for the PASS SA to be added for future opportunities.
